When you lack the time to put in solid workouts, focus on intensity. Right now, I’m working 70+ hrs per week. My training time is extremely limited. So all of my rides and runs (1-2 each per week) are at tempo or threshold intensity.
Sure, it’s not something that will work all summer. But for a few weeks, it will keep my form up. Surprisingly, it’s also kind of a fun break from the normal routine.
